Plan questions
Can I upgrade from QR Menu to QR Menu + POS?
Yes. If you start attending events or need to take orders, upgrade your plan and keep the menu you've already built.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Your plan is charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel it from the Profile section in your dashboard or from the Stripe subscription page.
Can I get a refund?
No. All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partly used billing periods. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data when my plan ends?
We don't guarantee that analytics, orders or other data are kept after a plan expires. Download your analytics regularly from the Profile section.
Is adding products difficult?
Not at all, it's super simple. Add a name and price, optionally a photo, and save. Large menus can be imported in one go.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Sofra runs in the browser on an iPad, tablet, laptop, desktop or phone.
