Setting up Sofra is quick. Here's what businesses usually ask first.
How hard is it to add products?
It's super simple. Tap Add product, type the name and price, add a photo if you have one, and save. Sizes, milk options and extras go on the same screen. Got a big menu? Import all your products in one go.
How quickly can I start selling?
Create your products, share your QR and open the POS. You can be taking orders the same day, with no hardware to install.
Can I change prices or mark items sold out during an event?
Yes. Edit a price or switch an item off from your phone, and your QR menu updates straight away.
Will my staff need training?
The POS only shows what's needed to sell: products, options and payment. It's designed to be learned on the first shift.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your QR and the menu opens in their phone's browser.
Is Sofra available in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Sofra serves brands in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Ziina payments are available to eligible UAE businesses, and you can record other payment methods in the POS.
What happens to my data if my plan ends?
Sofra doesn't guarantee that analytics or other data are kept after a plan expires. Download your analytics regularly from the Profile section. See our Terms & Conditions.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Your plan renews and is charged automatically until you cancel it from the Profile section or the Stripe subscription page.
