Do I need a Ziina account?
To take Ziina payments through Sofra, yes. You connect your own Ziina account and credentials. You can still record cash and other payment methods in the POS.
Does Sofra hold my sales money?
No. Payments are processed through your own Ziina setup, not through a central Sofra account.
Can I use Tap to Pay?
Tap to Pay is a Ziina feature. It depends on your Ziina account's eligibility and on using a supported device.
I'm in Saudi Arabia. How do I take payments?
Ziina is for UAE businesses. Brands in Saudi Arabia can use Sofra's QR menu and POS and record their payment method on each order.
